چکیده
Electrochemical trepanning (ECTr) is an effective method for machining the ruled surface parts. Generally, forward flow mode used in ECTr, under which streamlines at outlet are divergent, resulting obvious patterns and instability of process. In ECTr a diffuser with special structure, lateral adopted to improve uniformity field, thereby improving quality hub. complicated multiphysics coupling To investigate distributions electric two-phase field thermal flow, model was established. this model, relationship formed between various physical fields through change electrolyte conductivity. And coupled simulation performed show how gas bubbles volume fraction, temperature, conductivity current density along path. Compared inlet electrolyte, fraction temperature increased by 38.8% 6.3 K, respectively. Under combined influence, decreased 7.227 S/m outlet, decrease 57.81 A/cm2 density. The results were then verified against those from corresponding experiment involving ECTr. Along path, thickness machined blade gradually increased, varying 2.09 mm 2.76 mm. deteriorated path roughness varied Ra 0.72 μm 1.05 μm. Combining experiment, correctness effectiveness confirmed. can be applied other ECM processes.

A straightforward and very cost effective method is proposed to prototype electrodes using pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) and a simple cutting technique. Two cutting methods, namely blade cutting and CO2 laser ablation, are compared and their respective merits are discussed. The proposed method consists of turning the protective liner on the adhesive into a stencil to apply screen-printing ...
